Remember baby Elliott from his lifestyle Fresh 48 and his newborn sessions? He is coming back for his 3 months/fall family photos! I just love seeing babies and kids coming back. Since it’s so beautiful outside, we decided to do an outdoor fall session instead of studio. I took the Warners to my favorite photo spot – a trail in a park where my own family photos were taken last year.
Little Elliott had an upset stomach just the night before. We were deciding whether or not to reschedule the session, but his mommy and daddy said he was fine that morning, so we proceeded as planned. The Warners also brought their seven years old dog Max to the session. This would be the first big family session since baby Elliott was born. We got a couple good family shots just in time before baby started getting hungry. Mommy gave baby Elliott a bottle of milk. Magically, he started holding the bottle all by himself. His mom was so surprised too and told me this was the first time baby Elliott holding the bottle and feeding himself. I am glad that I was lucky to capture this milestone for the Warners. At the end of the session, baby Elliott calmed down after his tummy was full, I captured a few sweet shots of the family snuggle with the baby and their pet Max.
What a sweet family session. I look forward to see Elliott coming back for his 9 months session. He is so smart that he probably will start walking by then.
