$1.50/mile round trip
Travel anywhere within Liberty and to locations within 10 miles of our Liberty base in ZIP 64068 is included. Outside Liberty, only driving miles beyond the included 10 miles each way are charged at $1.50 per mile, round trip. We use the planned driving route and confirm your total travel fee before booking.
Location admission and parking fees are discussed during planning. Optional makeup, hair styling, and other session-specific expenses are included in your quote when applicable.

Once we agree on your session and quote, full payment is required to reserve your date.
If rain requires us to move your outdoor session, we’ll choose a new date together at no rescheduling charge.
Contact me as soon as possible. If you miss your session without notice, a portion of the fee is retained and you may reschedule. The amount and rescheduling terms are specified in your booking agreement.
Delivery timing is confirmed during planning and depends on your session or event scope. Your edited image collection arrives in an online gallery.
Prints, wall art, albums, cards, and photo gifts can be ordered separately from your session collection. We’ll confirm current options, sizes, and pricing for your order.
